You should call the office anytime you have concerns about your child.  The office staff will direct your question to the appropriate person, and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.  Please be prepared to give the nurse the following information: your child’s name & age, symptoms, temperature, duration of illness, and primary care physician.

We have designed the site to provide current patients and potential patients with important information concerning our practice. To provide the best care in our area we have privileges at University of Kentucky.

We have included pages that helps our patients easily find information about health care and other important issues for parents.  The ”School enrollment & Forms” page has our new patient and financial policy form, along with many of the forms needed to enroll in public school systems in our area.  You can download, print, and fill in these forms prior to your next visit.  Our FAQ page has links to many of the questions asked of our staff.

Please notify the office AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment.
